Dear all,

we are thinking of making changes to our spree management. People have been asking us for refunds for the shipping charges but I hope you can understand that we are NOT a non-profit organization.

However, we would like to make a change to the pricing system after getting those feedbacks. Maybe you people can get back to us on whether you prefer the new system or the old pricing system. The new pricing system would be take effect on NEW SPREES. The current sprees won't be affected!

The new pricing system:

- we will be charging $2 handling charge per item for clothes, $1 per item for accessories.

- Shipping charges would be an exact amount divided by the no. of pieces ordered altogether.
--> as given by the seller. we won't charge extra.

- Speedpost charge/registered post would be divided by the total no. of people participated in the spree.

- We will be using the ACTUAL exchange rate. NT$20 - S$1. (we will be refunding any excess from exchange rate)

- ezpay charge

Total = Price + $2 Handling charges per item

Second payment when the shipping charges are out : shipping charges and Speed post charges if any.

The old pricing system:

- Exchange rate of NT$19 - S$1

- Shipping charges: $3 for top, $4.50 for skirt, $6 for pants and etc.

- Speedpost charge/registered post would be divided by the total no. of people participated in the spree.

- ezpay charges

Total = Price + Shipping + Speed Post
